1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Zagreus Bot to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the bot from your server.

2. Description of Service

Zagreus Bot provides trade management, gaming statistics, moderation tools, giveaways, tickets, XP/leveling, and other utility features for Discord servers. A web dashboard at zagreusbot.xyz provides server administrators with configuration and analytics tools.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You must not use the bot to harass, spam, or abuse other users.
• You must not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the bot's services.
• Server administrators are responsible for configuring the bot appropriately for their community.

4. Data Collection

See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how it is used. In summary, we store Discord IDs, message metadata, and server configuration data necessary to provide the service.

5. Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The bot may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or issues beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

6. Moderation Features

Zagreus Bot provides moderation tools (warnings, timeouts, bans, anti-nuke protection) that server administrators choose to enable. The bot's operators are not responsible for moderation decisions made by server staff using these tools.

7. Limitation of Liability

The bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, server disruption, or moderation actions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be announced via the bot's support server.
